Midleton Barry Crockett
Bearing the name of the celebrated second generation Midleton Master Distiller, Midleton Barry Crockett Legacy represents a selection of pot still whiskeys that have been matured exclusively in American bourbon barrels with a subtle contribution from a pot still distillate that has matured in an unseasoned American barrel. As a tribute to the man who is inextricably linked to the Midleton distillery and who has more than anyone, shaped the renowned Midleton style, Midleton Barry Crockett Legacy displays a distinctive Pot Still complexity yet is refined and poised on the finish.
Redbreast Lustau
Made from a mash of malted and unmalted barley and then triple distilled in copper pot stills, Redbreast 12 boasts the flavour complexity and distinctive qualities of Pot Still whiskey. Matured in a combination of Bourbon seasoned American Oak barrels and Oloroso Sherry seasoned Spanish oak butts, the distinctive Redbreast sherry style is a joy to behold in each and every bottle..
Redbreast 21
Redbreast 21 year old is the finest representation of the signature Redbreast sherry style - it is the oldest and richest expression of Redbreast ever produced; and the 21 year aging process introduces new levels of depth, flavor and taste to create an inherently complex and ultimately, rewarding whiskey. It is made from a mash of malted and unmalted barley, triple distilled in copper pot stills, and finally, matured in a combination of American bourbon barrels and first fill Spanish Oloroso sherry butts.
