Irish Adventure Awaits at the 2025 Dublin Irish Festival with New Performances and Experiences

DUBLIN, Ohio (July 8, 2025) Get ready to step into a world of music, culture and unforgettable experiences as the Dublin Irish Festival returns August 1–3 at Coffman Park. This year’s Festival promises new surprises, longtime favorites and something for everyone to discover. With just a few weeks to go, now is the perfect time to plan a visit. Early bird ticket pricing for the world’s largest three-day Irish celebration is still available through July 19 at dublinirishfestival.org/tickets. 

The Festival won the USA TODAY 10Best 2025 Readers’ Choice Award for Cultural Festival Award, claimed the No. 1 spot for the best Suburban Festival in CityScene’s Best of the ‘Bus, and was named the  No. 2 Festival in Columbus Monthly’s Best of Columbus readers’ poll—a testament to its place as one of the region’s most beloved summer events. 

“Each year we look for ways to create new moments of discovery and delight for our guests,” says Alison LeRoy, City of Dublin Director of Events. “Whether it’s your first time or your thirty-eighth, we want every visit to the Dublin Irish Festival to feel like an adventure worth taking.” 

What’s New at the 2025 Dublin Irish Festival 

The Festival will offer its signature experiences, including seven music and dance stages featuring over 800 performers, Irish cultural exhibits, Celtic Canines brought to you by Riverside Bank of Dublin, Highland Games and Stones of Strength competitions and family fun zones and inflatables in the Wee Folk area presented by Wendy’s. Attendees can also check out the genealogy tent to trace their roots, the Defenders Den sponsored by Cenovus and a vibrant marketplace showcasing Irish crafts and goods from more than 90 shopping vendors.  

In addition to these Festival staples, this year’s event will introduce a variety of new features and exciting performances for guests to explore: 

  • Irish Whiskey & Cheese Pairing with Jameson and Black Radish Creamery: Raise a glass to Irish excellence and savor a unique tasting experience featuring curated pairings of Jameson whiskey and artisanal cheeses. Delight in the perfect harmony between the smooth, iconic flavors of Jameson and the diverse textures and tastes of carefully selected cheeses. Held on Saturday at 3 p.m. and Sunday at 2 p.m. ($85 per ticket). 
  • Pop-Up Headliner Shows: See surprise mini performances throughout the Festival from top talent. Guests can receive push notifications via the Festival award-winning app to catch artists in unexpected locations. 
  • Gadan + Ukulele Club Collaboration: Be captivated by a show-stopping performance featuring 46 ukulele players on stage with the band Gadan, who brings “Irish music with a taste of Italian seasoning.” 
  • Live Wood Carving by Ravens Retreat: Watch artists carve large-scale sculptures in real time in the South Field. 
  • New Food & Shopping Vendors: Enjoy fresh additions like Dos Hermanos, Gallo’s Pizza and Bar, Hangry Planet, Heritage Meat Pies, Monster Baby Donuts, Scarlet Fire Pizza, Travelin’ Tom’s Coffee, and Zap Zap Boba Tea, alongside new vendors like Doggy Style Dog Care, Scottish Attire and Whisker Biscuits. 
  • The 2nd Cavalry Brigade Band Demonstrations: Be immersed in Civil War history as the horse mounted musicians bring it alive through concert performances and cavalry maneuvers, honoring the contributions of Irish immigrants. Held on Sunday at 2 p.m. and 4 p.m. at the Greenfields Sports Area. 

Guests can grab early bird tickets, but there are more ways to save on admission. Stay in a participating Dublin hotel to receive two FREE Irish Festival tickets for each night you stay. Run in the 5K and Kids Dash presented by IGS Energy on July 31 in Historic Dublin and receive a complimentary one-day ticket to the Festival. Join the volunteer program sponsored by OhioHealth and receive a complimentary ticket and official festival volunteer shirt. Attend one of the seven different Sunday church services offered between 9:30 – 11 a.m. and receive free admission. Non-perishable food items and monetary donations benefiting the Dublin Food Pantry will be collected at all entrance gates during that time. Children ages 11 and under receive free admission.
